In honor of Martin Luther King day the Astoria International Film Festival Presents a screening of the critically acclaimed film, “42”.   

Jackie Robinson was the first African-American to play in Major League Baseball in the modern era when he was signed by the Brooklyn Dodgers.  Watch the amazing true story of courage and conviction in the face of considerable racism.  Starring Chadwick Boseman, T. R. Knight, and Harrison Ford.

This film is rated PG-13 by the MPAA.
